Who we are

Plan B Tech (“we”, “us”) is a trading name of Plan B (Pty) Ltd, a South African company providing fuel theft prevention, safety equipment, and packaging solutions. Our contact details are on the Contact page.

Information we collect

We only collect information you give us directly:

• Contact and enquiry forms: When you request our Business Profile or send an enquiry, we receive the details you submit (e.g. name, email address, company, message) via our form provider, Formspree.
• Email and phone: If you contact us by email or phone, we use your contact details only to respond and conduct business.

We do not collect personal information automatically through this website beyond what is described under “Cookies” below.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Respond to enquiries and send requested materials (e.g. Business Profile)
• Provide quotes, products, and services
• Communicate about orders and support
• Comply with legal or regulatory obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Form submissions (Formspree)

Our contact and profile-request forms are handled by Formspree. When you submit a form, your data is sent to Formspree and forwarded to us. Formspree’s own privacy policy applies to their processing: Formspree Privacy Policy.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above (e.g. to fulfil enquiries, provide services, or meet legal requirements). You may ask us to delete or correct your data (see “Your rights” below).

Cookies

This site uses only minimal, essential cookies where necessary (for example to remember that you have accepted this cookie notice). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics or similar tools in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information (secure forms, limited access, secure email where appropriate). No transmission over the internet is completely secure; we encourage you to use secure channels when sending sensitive data.

Under South African data protection law (POPIA), you have the right to:

• Object to processing or ask for deletion where the law allows
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator if you believe your rights have been violated
